PSLE Maths & Heuristics

I LOVE teaching Section C (Current Paper 2) of Mathematics paper, coz that is the section which most students hate or fear. :) Common question that most parents ask me, Heuristics stand for the IQ/thinking process questions in Section C.

I will be teaching students short cuts, thinking skills which help them to solve the questions using the shortest possible time. (No worries, I will be working within the syllabus) My class is most suitable for Primary 5 and PSLE students . Esp for PSLE students: PLEASE start earlier, there is no much time left.

As the current PSLE Maths question trends towards THINKING questions, some of my students' parents had requested that i start teaching my students' younger siblings some thinking skills since p3. Hence from 2010, my Maths and Heuristics class is opened to P3 and P4 students.

Schedule: Every Saturday, 430-730pm.

(Limited slot for students)
(My schedule are very packed already, wont be taking in anymore students after this class is full - I dont have a fixed limit for number of students, coz i still have my tuition assistants, who can help me out with certain tasks which i allocated my students with, so that i can better utilised my time to TEACH than to just do some necessary but repetative/time wasting work with the students)
I use a lot of out-of-tuition-time to prepare their work progress/work load, hence once i hit my own limit, i will stop intake.
(For parents who had called in earlier, there is another slot for Maths Heuristics class in my learning centre in Serangoon, Day/timing is: Thursday 4-6pm)
